Change of head in the general management of the Beninese subsidiary of the Sahelo-Saharan Bank for Investment and Trade (BSIC). Since July 1, 2022, the managerial reins of the banking establishment have been transferred by Adeboké Affamé, who has held them for the past 18 months, to Charles Isaac Fiberesima.

Formerly deputy general manager of BSIC Cote d'Ivoire, Charles Fibbs - as he is called in the landerneau West African banker - does not arrive on a ground which is completely unknown to him. Indeed, he was part of the management team which, a few years ago, led the restructuring and repositioning of BSIC Benin on the local banking scene.

Thus, the roadmap prescribed to the new CEO by the shareholders is to push the banking establishment – already in the top 10 nationally – up to the top 5. A challenge that is understandable in view of the dynamism displayed by the Beninese economy.

It should be noted that Charles Isaac Fibbs has 24 years of experience in the banking sector with a career that began in 1998 at Ecobank Cote d'Ivoire, passing through Versus Bank and then BSIC where he has served for more than ten years. The new general manager of BSIC Benin is a graduate of the Ecole Supérieure de Gestion (ESG) in Paris.
